As a Master Butcher, chef and one time restaurateur, my passion for good food has now been directed to making a selection of high quality, hand made taste sensations that everyone can enjoy.

 

 

With the help of my wife Isobel, I have produced a range of genuine hand made curry pastes, condiments and other speciality foods which we sell through a growing number of selected independent food retailers throughout Victoria, and at various craft markets.
